anyone remember them? hahaha i'm sure meron akong kilala mga 3 or 4 people na nakakaalala.. hahahah shonen knife.. i know they sang that one powerpuff song.. ung kay buttercup.. pero before that, they had hits in the philippines.. BANANA CHIPS! remember that? ung video nya nakakatuwa, ung mga cartoon tapos naghahanap ng banana chips tapos merong butcher knife, tps nasa islands sila.. remember..? it had that super catchy chorus.. banana chips.. banana chips.. banana chips.. oh yeah! remember..? remember...?! they had a second single too.. which i only remembered nun hinanap ko ung shonen knife na lyrics.. daydream believer.. it's driving me crazy coz i only remember that ONE line.. daydream believer.. hahaha remember?! sigh..

the point of this is.. ksi sa english class today, we were asked to look at this one song by them, public bath, but we weren't told kng ano ba sya.. basta ung lyrics lang nakaproject sa board. then we were asked to interpret like, cno kya ung author, kng song ba or poem ba or what.. things like that.. hahah it has super weird lyrics, i urge you to look for them yourself.. shonen knife - public bath. funny sya.. so when i saw the repeating lines, isip ko na agad na song sya, then it was about public baths! so isip ko agad na japanese sya.. tapos weird lyrics pa! so obvious na jap! hahahah ayun.. the teacher loves shonen knife by the way.. kya nya ginamit ung example.. hahaha tinugtog pa nga nya sa class ung song eh! grabe.. shonen knife tlga.. hahahhahahaah made me think of banana chips!!! waaaah!! and the song that he played.. public bath.. super catchy.. waaaah.. it will get stuck in your head! i like public bath i like public bath i like public bath... whahahaha so un..
